‍Brian C. Kemp

Brian C. Kemp is the President and Founder of BCK Financial LLC, bringing over 30 years of experience in the equipment finance industry. Before launching BCK Financial, Brian spent the majority of his career at Lease Corporation of America (LCA)—one of the largest independent equipment finance companies in the U.S.—and its wholly owned subsidiary, LCA Bank Corporation (LCAB), a Utah-chartered industrial bank.

As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and shareholder at LCA, Brian led a team of over 25 professionals, focusing on small-ticket equipment finance solutions across industries such as automotive repair, wireless communications, aesthetic lasers, point-of-sale systems for restaurants, and security equipment. Over the course of his career, he has either originated or managed originations totaling over $1.3 billion in equipment cost.

Brian’s passion lies in helping manufacturers and vendors increase sales and close more deals through tailored finance programs that meet the specific needs of their customers. He founded BCK Financial on a commitment to long-term relationships, trust, transparency, and exceptional service.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Michigan and has earned the Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) designation since 2020.
